Erato Aristotelous studied Information Management at Rhodes University, South Africa, where she subsequently became specialised as an SAP consultant, business process manager and project manager. She has worked her way through Europe as a consultant/project leader, over a period of 19 years and has consulted at over eight global companies, such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Accenture, CAP Gemini, XEROX, Carlsberg, and more. Erato’s work has allowed her to live in five countries within the borders of Africa and Europe.
Erato also has three years of experience in the position of Chief Operations Officer at a fitness business education company that delivers online business education programs to fitness studios in Europe. She managed a team of seven people, from five countries, running daily operations and ad hoc projects within the online business.
Erato’s true passion lies in helping stressed out and overworked business owners to find more time and more profits by building systems for them. She specializes in the Work The System Methodology that supports the implementation of systems, removing bottlenecks and helping businesses run on automation. She also specializes in the system based on Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, through which she helps business owners prioritize the level of profit they want to achieve.
Erato is also the co-founder of procedure writers.com, where she and her team deliver procedures swiftly and affordably for all business sizes. This is her side passion, and she loves to see organizations move from chaos to order through the implementation of procedures.
Erato was raised in an entrepreneurial family in South Africa where business and innovation were an integral part of her upbringing. She has always had a passion for new business ideas; one of her own two start-ups won the MTN Innovation Challenge in 2014. Erato also speaks at various events, talking about systems in business and women in business.
